WARNING
This is not easy to do. I KEEP FORGETTING TO REMEMBER to do it.
I've checked it out some now, and I can say it takes some, "conscious-awareness." You won't know what that is until you take it on yourSelf.
Expect...the feeling of...effort.
But...what the hell? What would the world be like if one person did one kind action for another person each day? What would YOUR world be like.
This isn't easy as you think.
You can only know by finding out for yourself. Feel free to post a comment anywhere (It's all the same subject) about your one kind action for the week. (Days optional)
